about

Concert for Piano and Voice - Played in Campi Bisenzio (Florence) on the 14, December 2014 in the temporary shop of I Sapori della Rocca (Campi Bisenzio).

Concert made by two parts: first part with musical extraits from the original, until now unreleased, contemporary opera "Coperti da un'Idea", and a second mysterious part (surprise!!!).

The story of "Coperti da un'Idea tells about two living and thinking beings distant from each other both from a physical and ideological point of view, and despite this, united by a life marked by the defense of an ideal, a way of conceiving the surrounding reality. Thàarjis rules as a dictator on his planet, Althèrija, proud of the laws he imposes every day to his subjects, while Sijraht from Earth is a musician who sees in the absence of laws and social conventions his happiness. It will be only thanks to the governor's mechanical eye, an instrument capable of projecting his sight to inconceivable distances, that he will be able to immerse himself in the life of his terrestrial alter ego. Nevertheless, having a rigid and apparently immutable vision of life does not prevent them from subjecting themselves to the inevitable question: is this what we want?
